Being a Personal Trainer is the best job I could ever ask for. I have always loved exercise and wanted to know how to optimise my health and performance. My thirst for knowledge led me to complete my Sport and Exercise degree at the University of Bath. It was here that my passion evolved to coaching others to reach their optimum and the idea of being a Personal Trainer was born. Following Bath I progressed to complete a Masters degree in Strength and Conditioning at the University of Edinburgh. During this time I gained experience as a Personal Trainer working with a range of clients from beginners in exercise to international athletes.

To date I have worked as a Personal Trainer for over 9 years and a Strength and Conditioning Coach for 3 years. The combination of my education and training experience has taught me that as a Personal Trainer the fastest way for any client to reach their fitness goals is to follow a personalised research based exercise and nutrition plan. 

I am now married, a proud house owner, a father of two beautiful children and the owner of my own Personal Trainer business. I understand that you too will have many commitments in your life, which in turn can make it difficult to follow most nutrition and exercise plans. After an initial body assessment I provide you with a bespoke, easy-to-follow practical lifestyle solution. This no-gimmick, no-fad approach to personal training will save you time, money, stress and disappointment.
