“Is it safe to exercise while pregnant?”
Yes, exercising during pregnancy is recommended in the UK (by the NHS, the Active Pregnancy Foundation and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists). Staying active helps manage weight, reduces the risk of complications like gestational diabetes, and prepares your body for labour.
“When can I start training after giving birth?”
Typically 6 weeks after a vaginal delivery or 8-12 weeks after a C-section (with medical clearance).
“Do you help with nutrition?”
Yes, I'll guide you with safe, practical nutrition strategies tailored to pregnancy and postpartum needs.
