Goal: Improve Body Composition and Strength
Achievements: Loss of 5.5% Body Fat; Gain of 77.5kg on Squat; Gain of 37.5kg on Bench Press; Gain of 97.5kg on Deadlift; Gain of 30kg on Chin Ups.
After years of cardio, running marathons and competing in endurance events I decided it was time to change my fitness goals and my body shape. I could run no problem but could not lift a weight to save my life.
After taking the plunge and walking into the gym I can truly say that it has changed my life. My fitness journey has not just greatly improved my strength, power and body composition, but it has also helped my mental health. I could not of done this without the help and support of Jonny. His vast in-depth knowledge about fitness coupled with the open and honest approach to training has made my fitness journey to date a fantastic experience. I‘m now into my third year of training with Jonny and have no intention of stopping.
Saying thank you does not seem enough! I’m a changed man and Jonny has been the one major factor in that positive change.
